77ga Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77ga ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your use of the 77ga website, all games, betting markets, promotions, cashier functionality and any other services made available through the platform at https://77ga.ws and any associated mobile-optimised pages.

By accessing the 77ga platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 77ga platform. 77ga reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and use a 77ga account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registering a 77ga account as a minor is strictly prohibited and any account found to be held by a minor will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you or by 77ga, at the time of registering or using the platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering your account and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

77ga reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending the completion of verification.

Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one account on the 77ga platform. When registering you must provide:

• A valid mobile number that you own and that is not already registered to an existing 77ga account. This number will be used for account login, transaction verification and customer support contact.
• A password of your choice that is not shared with any other online platform. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your password.
• Confirmation that you are aged 21 or above, that you are acting on your own behalf, and that you accept these Terms in full.
• Truthful personal details as requested during the registration flow. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 77ga account credentials, whether or not authorised by you. You must keep your login details confidential and must not share them with any other person. 77ga will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or telephone. If you receive an unsolicited request for your credentials purportedly from 77ga, treat it as fraudulent and report it to customer support immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 77ga customer support immediately at [email protected]. 77ga will investigate promptly and may freeze your account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

Deposits

77ga accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Minimum deposit ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Bank cards: Visa and Mastercard where available. Applicable limits and processing times are displayed at checkout.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 77ga does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available balance in your 77ga account at the time of the request.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Only funds that have cleared all applicable rollover conditions form part of the withdrawable balance.
• 77ga may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Where KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed without unnecessary delay on eligible accounts. Processing times for other methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

77ga offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly at the time each offer is presented and is also visible in the Bonuses section of your account.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. A player may not transfer, sell, exchange or otherwise assign a bonus to any other person. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 77ga reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time, including where there is evidence that a player is abusing a promotion, exploiting a bonus in bad faith, or circumventing the intended purpose of any promotional offer.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and wagering requirements stated at the time of award. Free spin winnings that are subject to a wagering requirement will be credited to your bonus balance and not your real-money balance until the wagering requirement is cleared.

77ga does not permit bonus stacking (the simultaneous use of multiple bonus offers) unless expressly permitted by the specific terms of the promotions in question. If a player is found to have obtained bonus funds through fraudulent means, all associated bonus funds and winnings will be voided and the account will be subject to review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ga platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and the reporting of relevant activity to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a fictitious name or in association with another person. If a duplicate account is identified, both accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances held across both accounts will be forfeited without recourse.
• Using software, robots, scripts, bots, algorithms or any automated process to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to auto-betting tools, pattern exploitation software and any form of artificial intelligence used to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market or promotion. This includes coordinated betting, match-fixing, and any form of chip-dumping in table games.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activity or using the 77ga platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. 77ga cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will report any suspected financial crime without notice to the player concerned.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, any administrative system of 77ga, or any back-end infrastructure of the platform by any means, including social engineering, phishing, or technical exploitation.

77ga's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77ga reserves the right to void any bets placed, reverse any withdrawals processed and permanently close the account without liability to the player.

77ga reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6 above.
• The player has failed to provide identity verification documents when requested, or has provided documents that are found to be false, forged or otherwise unsatisfactory.
• 77ga is required to suspend or close the account by applicable law, a regulatory obligation, or as part of a law enforcement or fraud investigation.

If your account is closed by 77ga for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the closure is initiated at your own request and your account is in good standing with no outstanding verification requirements or pending investigations, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following standard processing times.

All content on the 77ga platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video and promotional materials — is the property of 77ga or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the 77ga platform without the prior written consent of 77ga.

The 77ga brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of any 77ga trademark — including in domain names, social media usernames, promotional content or any commercial context — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

77ga provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ga expressly disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 77ga does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall 77ga, its officers, directors, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, the total aggregate liability of 77ga to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 77ga account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77ga provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a deposit limit can be lowered immediately but may only be raised after a cooling-off period as specified in the account settings.
• Session time reminders — configure a time reminder that alerts you after a set period of play. These reminders are designed to help you maintain awareness of how long you have been active on the platform during a single session.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, place bets or claim bonuses. To request self-exclusion, contact customer support at [email protected].

77ga takes self-exclusion requests seriously. Once a self-exclusion is active, it will not be lifted before the expiry of the requested exclusion period regardless of any subsequent request by the player to have it removed. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account — doing so is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

77ga reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, 77ga will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The version of these Terms published on the platform at the time of your activity constitutes the operative Terms governing that activity. If you continue to use the 77ga platform after any amendment has been published, you will be treated as having accepted the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77ga operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and is committed to resolving any player disputes fairly and promptly.

If you have a dispute with 77ga relating to any bet, game outcome, payment, bonus or account matter, you must contact customer support in the first instance. 77ga will investigate the dispute and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of 77ga's internal dispute resolution process, you may set out your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, the outcome you received, and the resolution you are seeking.
